Loretta Theresa (Sturgeon) Adams, a lifelong resident of Dedham, died Sunday, December 13, 2009 at the Ellis Nursing Home in Norwood.  She was 70.  Loretta was born July 28, 1939 in Dedham, a daughter of Paul and Annette (Capello) Sturgeon.  She graduated from Dedham High School and worked as an underwriter for the Norfolk and Dedham Insurance Company for 30 years.  Loretta is survived by her husband of 50 years, Charles Adams; and her two sisters, Paulette Joyce of Norton and Sandra Perkins of Arizona.  A graveside service will be held Tuesday, December 15th at 11:30 AM at Forest Hills Cemetery, Boston.
