Gray, Louise
Louise Anna (Goelz) Gray, of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, died January 14th, 2010 at the Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston while visiting family in the Boston area. She was 98. Louise was born February 6, 1911 in West New York, New Jersey, a daughter of George Frederick and Johanna (Leeger) Goelz. She grew up in Cliffside Park, New Jersey and graduated from the Englewood Hospital School of Nursing in Englewood, New Jersey. She was a longtime resident of Teaneck, New Jersey. Louise was the wife of the late Norman Nelson Gray and the sister of the late Charlotte Lind. She is survived by her two sons, N. Cornell Gray of West Roxbury, and David A. Gray of Dillsburg, Pennsylvania; as well as 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, January 30th, 2010 at 10 AM at the Second Reform Church of Hackensack, New Jersey, where she had been a lontime member. In lieu of flowers donations to the Second Reform Church, 436 Union Street, Hackensack, New Jersey, 07601 would be appreciated. Private interment will be in the George Washington Memorial Cemetery in Paramas, New Jersey.
