David G. Hill, age 80, of Westwood Massachusetts, passed from this life after a long illness with Parkinson’s Disease. He was the beloved only child of the late David H. and the late Zona R. Hill of Virginia Minnesota and devoted husband of 56 years to Irene B. Hill as well as devoted son in law to the late Eric B. and the late Gulli L. Borg of Dedham. He was the devoted Uncle to Elizabeth L Pollard and Dr. Matthew Pollard and grand nephews Andrew and Henry Pollard and Brother in Law of Janice L. Circle of Charlottesville, Virginia and the late Dr. Duncan F. Circle or Oakhurst New Jersey and Uncle to David and Dilyana Circle and grand niece Stella of Sophia, Bulgaria.
David was a graduate of the South Dakota School of Mines and Engineering and the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. David was the principal of the Mesabi Group. Burial was private at the Gardens of Gethsemane in West Roxbury. A celebration of his life is being planned for the future. In lieu of flowers donations to the Allin Congregational Church, 683 High Street in Dedham, 02026 or the Parkinson’s Disease Foundation would be appreciated.
