Hultman, Carl A.
Carl Arvid Hultman, a lifelong resident of Norwood, died Sunday, December 11, 2011. He was 77. Carl was born December 9, 1934 in Norwood, Massachusetts, the only child of Arvid Gay and Agnes (Osterlund) Hultman. He graduated from Norwood High School with the Class of 1952 and studied for a year at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. Carl was the owner and operator of Carl Hultman Landscaping Company of Norwood. He was also a member of Runeberg Lodge of Norwood. Carl is survived by his wife, Helen Elizabeth (Keskula) Hultman; his two daughters, Karen L. Hultman and Diane E. Bragg, both of Norwood; and his two grandchildren, Charles E. and Meredith E. Bragg. He was the father of the late John Martin Hultman. Services and interment will be private. In lieu of flowers donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear of your passing. I will always remember you joking with me and saying “when you plant grass seed, make sure you plant each one straight up in the ground and take your time.”
