I am so sorry to hear of Cathy’s passing. Her leadership of the Westwood Educational Foundation greatly inspired me and I will carry a piece of her strength and spirit all the rest of my days as she helped me get in to grad school with an amazing letter of recommendation she wrote for me. I so regret I did not get to say goodbye to her. She will be sorely missed. My thoughts and prayers are with all of her family and friends, especially her children, as they mourn her loss too soon.

It was a shock to hear of Cathy’s diagnosis and passing – she was SO full of life, intelligence and confidence, but I had lost track of her a couple of years after the Wells Fargo merger. What a huge loss, both to her family and society, as she should have had so many more years to be both loving and productive. While I not met any of her family, they have been in my thoughts and I pray they are sustained by many wonderful memories of her.
