CAVOLOWSKY, BERTHA M. (Matukas) of Dedham passed away on September 20, 2017 at the age of 96. Beloved wife of the late John F. Cavolowsky. Devoted mother of John A. Cavolowsky and his wife Kathleen of MD, David M. Cavolowsky of Dedham and Paul J. Cavolowsky and his wife Patricia of Norwood. Sister of the late Adelia, John, Mary and Joseph. Cherished grandmother of Mark, Anna, Paul, Eric and Michael. Great grandmother of Jillian, Alexandra and Sasha. Daughter of the late Melhior and Ursala Matukas. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Bertha was a long time member of the ladies sodality at St. Anne’s Church in Readville and a member of the National PTA Assoc. Visiting hours will be held on Monday, September 25, 2017 from 8:30am-10:30am at the Folsom Funeral Home 87 Milton St. Dedham. Family and Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Monday, September 25, 2017, 11am at St. Anne Church 90 West Milton St. Readville, MA 02136. Burial will be at Brookdale Cemetery Dedham, MA. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her name to the Julia Ruth House, Adult Day Social Center 199 Canton St. Westwood, MA 02090.
