Hartnett, Hubert W.
Hubert William Hartnett, a resident of Dracut, and formerly a resident of Lowell, died Saturday, November 18, 2017 at his residence in Dracut. He was 79. Hubert was born April 6, 1938 in Boston, Massachusetts, the son of Lawrence A. Hartnett Sr. and Julia A. (Walsh) Hartnett. He is survived by his brother, Lawrence A. Hartnett Jr. of Roslindale; his nephew, John Hartnett of Fort Worth, Texas; and his nieces, Mary Bushika of Long Beach, California, and Amy Hartnett of Roslindale. Hubert was the brother of the late Julia Hartnett and the uncle of the late David Hartnett. Visiting hours will be held Tuesday, November 21st from 10 am to 12:45 pm with a funeral service at 12:25 pm at the Folsom Funeral Home, 63 Belgrade Avenue, Roslindale. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, West Roxbury. In lieu of flowers donations to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701 would be appreciated.
