Stacia Dorathea (Boncek) Foley, a lifelong resident of Dedham, died Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at Hancock Park Nursing Home in Quincy. She was 95. Stacia was born December 19, 1923 in Dedham, the daughter of Piotr and Rosalia Boncek, immigrants from Poland. She graduated from Dedham High School with the Class of 1941. She worked as a housekeeper for the Holiday Inn in Dedham for many years. Stacia was the wife of the late Francis Peter “Pete” Foley who predeceased her in 1988, and the sister of the late Charles, Joseph, and Chester Boncek, and the late Blanche Carter. She is survived by her two sons, James Foley, and his wife Karen, of Quincy, and Francis Peter Foley Jr. of Hyde Park., and her granddaughter Elizabeth Erin Foley. Relative and friends are invited to gather directly at St. Mary’s Church, 420 High St., Dedham, Friday at 10 am for her funeral mass, followed by interment in Mount Benedict Cemetery in West Roxbury.
