Chia Hwei Wu

Chia Hwei Wu passed away on Monday, July 27, 2026. She was 70 years old. Chia was born in Chiayi City, Taiwan, and grew up with her three brothers. During her life, Chia moved to the United States and attended college to become a registered nurse. She enjoyed spending her free time gardening, cooking, and reading. She has a special place in her heart for her family, especially her granddaughter. 

Chia is survived by her brothers, Gene Wu of New York, Bob Wu, and wife Helen, of Texas, and Jimmy Wu of Taiwan. She is also survived by her daughter, Melissa Faucher, and husband Paul of Massachusetts, and her granddaughter, Olivia Faucher. Funeral services will be private.
