Dorothy Alice (Siddall) Folsom, a resident of Highland Glen in Westwood, and formerly a longtime resident of Dedham, died Thursday, June 18. 2026 at her daughter's home in Norfolk. She was 91. Dottie was born April 16, 1935 in Plymouth, Massachusetts, the daughter of George Thomas, and Dorothy Eva (Stanford) Siddall. She grew up in Hyannis and graduated from Barnstable High School with the Class of 1953. She attended American International College in Springfield where she earned her Associates Degree in Business. She was a member of the 4H Club growing up and was a member of the Rainbow Girls. Dottie was a member of Contentment Chapter #184 of the Order of the Eastern Star. She was a member of Allin Congregational Church in Dedham for over 50 years where she served as a Deaconess, a member of the Pastoral Relations Committee, sang in the choir, and was a member of the church's knitting group. She also had attended services at Grace Chapel in Lexington for about 15 years. Dottie is survived by her son, David O. Folsom, and his wife Kathryn M. "Kay" Menton, of Holbrook, and her daughter, Deborah A. "Debbie" Repeta, and her husband Michael, of Norfolk. She was the sister of David R. Siddall, and his wife Dorte, of Yarmouthport, Richard J, Siddall, and his wife TuYe, of Washington State, and the late Rev. George T. Siddall Jr. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Memorial Service, Tuesday, June 30th at 11 am at the Folsom Funeral Home, 87 Milton Street, Dedham. Private interment will be at the Cathedral in the Pines, in Ringe, New Hampshire. In lieu of flowers donations to the Allin Congregational Church, 683 High Street, Dedham MA 02026 would be appreciated.
