Jose Solis

Jose Solis, a resident of Boston, died Friday, December 9, 2016 at his home in Boston. he was 82.  Jose was born in Cartago, Costa Rica, a son of Luis and Alicia (Quesada) Solis.  He worked for many years as a chef in the cafeteria at Boston College.  Jose was the beloved husband of Melba (Obaldia) Solis and the dear father of Marta Solis, William Solis, Ronald Solis, Jimmy Solis, Yami Solis, and the late Jose Solis.  He was also survived by 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Visiting hours will be held Tuesday, December 13, 2016 from 7 to 9 pm at the Folsom Funeral Home, 87 Milton Street, Dedham.  Interment will be in Costa Rica.
