Margaret Claire Albers

Margaret Claire Albers, a longtime resident of Westwood, died peacefully at her residence in Norwood, April 23, 2026. She was 95 years old. Claire was preceded in death by John, her beloved husband of 73 years. Claire is survived by her three daughters Linda, Catherine, and Theresa and adored grandchildren Cody, Sydney, Nina, and Lilya.

Claire was born and raised in Boston, MA by her parents James and Margaret, along side her brother James and sister Florence (all deceased). She was a graduate of Holy Trinity High School in Roxbury. Claire was a wife, mother, and homemaker. As her children grew up, Claire found a career as an office manager for the Foxboro Company. She and John enjoyed spending time on Cape Cod; roaming beaches by day and dancing in the evenings. She found joy in simple things in life like crossword puzzles and her Starbucks coffee.

Private services for family only and interment will be at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne, MA.
