Nancy Jean Flagg

Nancy Jean (Randlett) Flagg, a longtime resident of Dedham, died Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Needham.  She was 79.  Nancy was born September 30, 1946 in Boston, Massachusetts, one of the four children of  Ralph and Frances (Kade) Randlett Sr.  She graduated from Roslindale High School and worked for over 30 years as an Administrative Assistant for United Liquors. She was a dedicated volunteer to the Ray Tye Foundation, a foundation that provides lifesaving surgeries to people without insurance or other means to pay.  Nancy enjoyed time spent with her friends and family, playing card games, and vacationing in Maine and Florida.  She was the wife of the late Warren L. Flagg, Jr. who predeceased her in 2016. Nancy is survived by her two sons, Warren L. Flagg, III, and his wife Jennifer, of Dedham, and Marc S. Flagg, and his wife Lisa, of Dedham; her three grandchildren, Victoria McCarthy, and her husband Ian, of Acton, Ally Flagg of Dedham, and Jacob Flagg of Dedham; and her two sisters, Barbara Devereaux of Thonotosassa, Florida, and Frances Ryan of Holiday, Florida.  She was the sister of the late Ralph Randlett Jr.  She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be held Saturday, May 16th from 1 to 4 pm at the Folsom Funeral Home, 87 Milton Street, Dedham followed by a funeral service at 4 pm in the funeral home.  Interment will be private.  In lieu of flowers donations to the Make A Wish Foundation, 133 Federal St,2nd Floor, Boston, MA 02110 (wish.org/donate) would be appreciated.
