Wayne H. Taylor

Wayne H. Taylor, a long time resident of North Easton, passed away on May 30, 2025. He was 80 years old. Born in Boston on December 3, 1944, he was the only child of Hazel (McMasters) Woodward and the stepson of Donald W. Woodward. He grew up in Westwood, played football, and was a graduate of the class of 1962. He went on to get a Bachelor's degree in Management from Northeastern University, and worked as a purchasing agent in the lumber industry for several different companies throughout his career. 

Wayne is survived by his beloved wife Aurora W. (Williams) Taylor, and his cousins Susan Dolan and her husband Ed, of Kennebunkport, ME, and Brad Knoettner and his wife Cheryl, of Wilmington. 

Visitation for Wayne will be held on Wednesday, June 11, from 4-6PM at the Folsom Funeral Home, 649 High St., Westwood. A service will follow at 6PM at the funeral home. Interment will be private at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne. In lieu of flowers, please plant a tree in Wayne's memory, or donate to a charity of your choice.
